Supports agents and team leaders in daily business - coaching, side-by-side listening, starting conversations with sales, setting anchor, objection treatment
Organize small group workshops to promote exchange among agents.
Support in the implementation of the monthly sales focus and achievement of the sales goals.
Introduction and training of Fairpay/ salto
In cooperation with training, building and maintaining a high level of sales skills to provide the customer with the “WOW” effect regarding satisfaction, problem solving and offers to optimize the customer portfolio. (NPS, FCR, sales)
Conducting competitions to support the achievement of sales goals
Proactive communication with the team leader, the agents and the Sales Coach TL regarding all areas of performance and customer satisfaction.
Report progress and planning to Care2sales Manager
Constant compliance with all rules and regulations of the account Communications AG with regard to personnel management, rules of conduct and security

Job Requirements:
Proficiency in German is a must (Spoken and Written)
Very good in English is a must (Spoken and Written)
