English Tele- sales Representative

Job Description

Majorel Egypt is looking for an experienced English Tele-sales Representative to join our team in Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. This position is for a full-time, non-remote Agent. We are looking for a Young Professional with sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products and services
• Answering customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
• Entering and updating customer information in the database
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
