Global Project Manager – Trust & Safety
Job summary
As a Project Manager on our Trust & Safety team, this role is the glue that ensures our Projects and initiatives work together across our many clients and geographies. This person will work to push projects and operational tasks forwards and start new processes and teams and coordinate between various teams to get things done. A master of interpersonal communication and task management, T&S project manager should have a mindset for finding solutions that enable scale. The PM serves as gatekeepers to ensure minimum viable products & services are delivered prior to scaling across our global operations and help our team to navigate ambiguity and build lasting frameworks and processes that are built for scale.
This role will require to be analytical, proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, innovative and demonstrate the ability to work well in a global, cross-functional, and team-oriented environment. Also, this role will demonstrate technical know-how, effective communication and heavily involved in leading and coordinating activities across our large Operations footprint.
Main responsibilities
- Assist new and existing business in presenting the product’s proposition. To include account plans, presentation, case studies, site profiles, videos etc.
- Internal & External Communications - Facilitate communication internally to keep key stakeholders informed and externally to promote/position the product. Ensure consistency of message internally and externally
- Maintain internal contents and documentations
- Preparing and monitoring content calendar and communication with key leaders
- Distributing and publishing the content across various mediums and platform
- Initiate & manage projects to improve Account Governance & management
- Project manage initiatives to delivery; internal stakeholders are aware of ongoing developments in other regions
- Maintain awareness of business, regulatory and market issues, providing support and thought leadership
- Establish and manage change structure and governance including oversee planning, delivery and benefits tracking for risk-related change projects that span enterprise-wide
- Collaborate with Leaders on a variety of processes / projects to ensure seamless execution of governance processes
- Project Manage multiple projects, track progress and drive timelines
- Create effective presentations for the executives which can be showcased to clients
- Analyze content operations teams and processes - identifying and remediating inconsistencies, tweaking the internal organizational structure when necessary
- Actively drive the development and sharing of best practices, lessons learnt in cross-process team improvements
- Monitor Process performance to determine key opportunity areas to continuously improve performance

- Data visualization experience to provide insights and able to succinctly articulate value through highly effective presentations
- Cross-functional management skills, high EQ, and a passion to unite people on a common goal
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Creative & innovative mindset to solve tough problems; handle pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
- Patience and resilience when managing complex situations and competing priorities
- Ability to meet multiple demanding deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proven project management skills, with high energy levels
- Excellent knowledge of Business development needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable working with professionals, account managers, senior managers, directors etc.
- Must have high level of proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel and other applications in the Office Suite
- Experience and knowledge in Data/Reporting analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
