Role objective:

In order to maintain the well being of our employees and retain them in the long term and to ensure the success of our clients, we are looking for further support from a Wellbeing & Resiliency Counsellor (m/f/d). 

Your tasks:

As a Wellbeing & Resiliency Counsellor, you will be responsible for the psychosocial on-site counseling of the employees and mediation with further rehabilitative measures when necessary as well as facilitating group sessions 

Supporting managers in their day-to-day operations, e.g. through seminars/workshops on relevant topics and health-conscious leadership, is an integral part of your job, as is daily case management. Advice and support are provided primarily in English. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own concepts and ideas for the optimization of consulting services. 

Our requirements:
  • Master's degree in Clinical, Counselling or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy or Clinical Social Work
  • Hold accreditation/registration/practitioner status with the State or Governmental agency with responsibility for regulating the practice of: Clinical, Counselling or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, Clinical Social Work 
  • Member of a German Association of Psychologists/ Social Workers 
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in client/patient facing clinical, during which you provided 1:1 care, designed and delivered group-based interventions
  • High level of commitment and independence 
  • Integrity and empathy
  • A likable, open-minded personality with a high degree of empathy and professionalism
  • Experience in conflict management
  • Fluent Business English (C1) mandatory, German is a plus
  • Willingness to work shifts in order to provide 24/7 coverage (including weekends)
  • Ability to work exclusively on site
