Senior Data Intelligence Specialist

Job Description:

• Identify, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to improve responsiveness, effectiveness, and efficiency, transforming raw data into actionable insights.

• Collect, clean, process, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources, including international/national databases and government websites.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits, updates, and collaboration with relevant teams.

• Design and apply statistical models, data algorithms, and analytical methods to extract meaningful trends and insights.

• Conduct proactive data mining to support strategic decision-making and research activities.

• Maintain a repository of key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and data glossaries used for reporting and analysis.

• Create data-driven reports and visual content (e.g., infographics, charts) for internal and external reporting, including annual performance reviews.

• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards tailored to program needs, ensuring optimized data models and user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document business requirements for data-related projects.

• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into effective, high-quality software and analytical solutions.

• Develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate data tool functionality.

• Manage a Performance Data Portal, ensuring accurate data uploads, completeness, and accessibility across dashboards and performance systems.

• Support the execution of performance cycles and provide training and assistance on tools and process enhancements.

• Assist in aligning planning and monitoring processes and support the organization’s annual business planning cycle.

• Help design data collection tools that meet internal standards for data quality and support reliable reporting.

• Provide analytical support to various departments and contribute to cross-functional reporting and research efforts.

• Serve as the go-to person for all operational questions related to business information and data management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science or a related field.

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
