Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service during ticket sales.
Assist patrons with purchasing tickets and answering inquiries.
Ensure a smooth and seamless ticketing experience.
Maintain accurate records of all ticket sales and transactions.
Support event and performance operations through coordination with other teams.
Handle cash and electronic payments securely and accurately.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
Keep the box office area clean, organized, and professional.
Follow company policies and procedures related to ticketing and customer service.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field is preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience.
