Job Description:
Coordinate sports and recreational agreements and assist with operational support across multiple facilities.
Follow up with finance departments and suppliers to ensure timely payments and accurate revenue tracking.
Manage facility scheduling and contract coordination as assigned by management, including activation of non-managed facilities.
Support and participate in annual inspections related to general sports activities, and specific sports like cricket.
Organize, oversee, and communicate scheduled activities and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in reviewing and updating operational policies, procedures, manuals, and other documentation.
Develop, organize, and maintain assigned recreational facilities to ensure smooth operations and quality standards.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in project coordination or business operations
Strong financial management and reporting skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
