Job Description:
Act as the primary point of contact for all facility operations and maintenance coordination, including follow-up with HSE, Security, and Operations teams.
Handle and resolve all facility-related complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Manage day-to-day building operations, including annual inspections and incident reporting.
Collaborate closely with HSE and Security teams on incident management and reporting procedures.
Raise and approve CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) requests for ongoing operations.
Promote and sell memberships or daily passes for recreational facilities (e.g., gyms, pools, sports clubs, fitness centres).
Coordinate schedules and issue resolution for Facility Assistants and lifeguards.
Schedule preventive maintenance, respond to urgent issues, and contribute to emergency preparedness planning.
Provide event support for all sports programming and activities.
Oversee facility locations, including routine maintenance and scheduling.
Organize, control, and communicate day-to-day facility operations and activities.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to support facility needs and operations.
Organize, develop, and maintain recreational facilities to meet operational standards.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Up to 5 years of supervisory experience.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proven problem-solving skills.
