  • JUMP! hilft Dir, Dich für Deine nächste Position innerhalb der Teleperformance Germany Group zu qualifizieren und macht Dich und Deine Ziele für Entscheidungsträger sichtbar.
  • Durch den JUMP!-Workshop erweiterst Du Deine Kommunikations-, Empathie- und Coachingfähigkeiten. 

Was musst Du als JUMPER mitbringen?

  • Den Wunsch und Willen Dich „on the Job“ innerhalb der Teleperformance Germany Group weiterzuentwickeln (ggf. auch außerhalb der Arbeitzeit).
  • Du zeigst täglich eine positive Einstellung zu TP, Deinen Kollegen und Vorgesetzten und zu persönlicher und beruflicher Weiterbildung.
  • Du zeigst Eigenverantwortung, Respekt, Disziplin und Ambition und gibst immer Dein Bestes in Deiner täglichen Arbeit.
  • Du hast keine Abmahnungen in Deiner Personalakte.
  • Du bist mindestens 6 Monate ein Teil der Teleperformance Familie.
  • Du verfügst über Englischkenntnisse, um die globalen Trainingsinhalte verstehen zu können.

Was Du über JUMP wissen musst:

  • Die Jump-Zertifizierung ist KEINE Garantie dafür, dass Du befördert wirst und eine neue Position erhältst. Jumper nehmen ebenfalls am Auswahlprozess für die Ziel-Position teil. Für die Stellenbesetzung können viele Faktoren wie Erfahrung mit ähnlichen Aufgabenstellungen, Account-Kenntnisse, Deine aktuelle Performance im Projekt, Deine Einstellung Deinen Overheads gegenüber UND andere Anforderungen eine Rolle spielen. JUMP ist ein Faktor, der den Ausschlag gibt, wenn alles andere gleich ist. 
  • Du kannst Deinen JUMP-Status im MyTP einsehen, sobald Du den Link mit den eLearnings bekommen hast. Dort wirst Du auch sehen können, wenn Du JUMP abgeschlossen hast und kannst Dir dann ein Zertifikat herunterladen.

Der Prozess sieht wie folgt aus:

  1. Du bewirbst Dich über den unteren Link für Deinen aktuellen Standort.
  2. Deine Bewerbung wird geprüft gemäß der lokalen Kriterien.
  3. Je nachdem welche Ziel-Position Du auswählst, absolvierst Du vorab ein Online-Assessment.
  4. Du schließt alle eLearnings und das Self-Assessment für die gewünschte Stelle ab.
  5. Du nimmst an einem abschließenden Workshop teil, indem du die gelernten Skills praktisch anwenden und üben kannst.

What qualities do you need  as a JUMPER?

  • The desire and willingness to develop yourself “on the job” within the Teleperformance Germany Group (also outside working hours if necessary).
  • You demonstrate a positive attitude towards TP, your colleagues and superiors and towards personal and professional development on a daily basis.
  • You show personal responsibility, respect, discipline and ambition and always give your best in your daily work.
  • You have no warnings in your personnel file.
  • You are part of the Teleperformance family for at least 6 months.
  • You have English language skills to understand the global training content.

What you need to know about JUMP:

  • Jump certification is NOT a guarantee that you will be promoted and given a new position. Jumpers also participate in the selection process for the target position. Many factors such as experience with similar tasks, account knowledge, your current performance in the project, your attitude towards your overheads AND other requirements can play a role in filling the position. JUMP is a deciding factor when all else is equal.

The process is as follows:

  1. You apply via the link below for your current location.
  2. Your application will be reviewed according to the local criteria.
  3. Depending on which target position you choose, you will complete an online assessment in advance.
  4. You complete all eLearnings and the self-assessment for the desired position.
  5. You take part in a final workshop where you can apply and practise the skills you have learned.
