Become a Roadside Assistant (m/f/d) and support drivers of a German premium car brand in emergencies – by phone, efficiently and competently.
As part of 2nd Level Support, you will analyze technical problems and assist customers until a successful resolution is achieved.
Your profil
- Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician / Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/f/d)
- Further training as a system and high-voltage technician is desirable (m/f/d)
- Excellent command of Englisch, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of German or French is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle models, systems, and digital diagnostic tools
- Experience with diagnostic software and remote vehicle diagnosis/repair
- Knowledge of navigation and tracking technologies as well as digital case management systems
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly, including to non-technical people
- Ideally, experience in technical customer service (e.g., call center, roadside assistance, remote support)
- Experience with motorcycles and premium vehicles, as well as handling software updates and escalations are benefital
