Content Moderators are essential in shaping social media, ensuring posts align with community standards. Join our dynamic team of Danish speakers in Berlin and help keep our partner’s platform a welcoming space for all users.
Location: Berlin
Working Hours: Part-time or full-time (4 weeks full-time training)

Language: Danish
- Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on our client's policies and guidelines
- Review, block and delete content that goes against our client’s community standards
- Commit to deliver a high standard of accuracy and quality at all times
- Have a direct influence on reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes and the spread of misinformation in online spaces
- Relocation:
- 1.000€ relocation bonus (min. 100 km to Berlin)
- Compensation:
- 2.668,50€ monthly salary (40h/week) + 150€ monthly individual performance bonus
- 40% shift bonus for Sundays/public holidays
- 50% shift bonus for night shifts (10 pm–6:30 am)

- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
