Your profile
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Service oriented, patient and friendly manner
  • Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
  • Sales skills & background preferable  
  • Strong technical affinity and high competence with PC usage (internet, Microsoft Office, troubleshooting of issues)  
  • Experience in Online Advertising & Customer Service background is advantageous 
  • Confident, resilient, persuasive and driven character 
Your challenge
  • Pitching and selling a courtesy consultation service to existing business customers on a prominent global search advertising platform 
  • Delivering tailored customer consultations geared towards educating users on the platform and improving their advertising campaign performance through optimization measures 
  • Driving unique outbound initiatives and campaigns aimed at specific customer groups
